What Problem Need to Take Attention When Passing SMT

Crystal Tuning 32.768KHz Products: 

1. Ultrasonic cleaning or packaging is not recommended, because ultrasonic will damage the inner of crystal, such as conductive adhesive fracture or chip damage cause the damage to the internal circuit of the crystal oscillator. Make sure the adaptability of the system has been checked in advance.

2. Using RTC clock crystal oscillator 32.768KHz can not ensure 100% cleaning or packaging by ultrasonic, because the quartz wafer may be damaged to varying degrees.

3. For washable products, avoid using cleaning agents or solvents that may affect the accessories of the products.

4. When there is any given impact or mechanical vibration on the RTC clock crystal oscillator 32.768KHz product, such as piezoelectric loudspeaker, piezoelectric buzzer and horn, the output frequency and amplitude will be affected.

5. The physical impact caused by automatic installation or vacuum may cause damage to the 32.768KHz characteristic of RTC clock crystal oscillator. 

Please set safe operation conditions to minimize the impact rate as far as possible to ensure that the crystal oscillator is not damaged before installation. When the operating environment changes, please check the installation conditions again. At the same time, before the RTC clock  crystal 32.768KHz installation, ensure that the crystal does not hit the machine or other circuit boards.
