Working principle of electric oscillator is that the electrode needs to have the best contact and the highest conductivity as possible, because the current is transmitted to the quartz chip through the electrode, and the latter starts to vibrate, so as to provide the chip with the required frequency signal.
Therefore, the air tightness of the electric oscillator is conducive to avoiding oxidation of the electrode, otherwise it may have a negative impact on the electrical parameters of the electric oscillator (such as dld2), for example, in extreme cases, it may lead to the working failure of the electric oscillator.
After the electric oscillator is sealed and welded, the interior should be filled with dry nitrogen, so that the electrode can avoid the negative effects from two aspects: oxidation of water vapor and corrosion of unknown gas.
It can be seen from the above that the electric oscillatorshell not only protects the internal quartz wafer against physical pressure, but also plays a sealing role. Therefore, a qualified electric oscillator product is not as simple as shell sealing and welding.
