How to Avoid the Effect of Ultrasonic Soldering Waves on the Crystal Oscillator?

2. Irregular use of ultrasonic waves may crack the fixation point between the quartz chip and the base - the conductive glue, resulting in a broken circuit inside the crystal oscillator and the crystal oscillator stopping vibrating. So how do we avoid the effects of ultrasonic soldering on crystal oscillator?
